  • Please note that insurance is not accepted for hearing aids at Haven Hearing Aids, but we offer competitive pricing to make your hearing solutions accessible.

    Haven Hearing Aids accepts Medicare Part B for diagnostic testing.

    For other insurance plans, we are considered out of network, and it is the client's responsibility to submit claims directly to their insurance for reimbursement.

    We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

Comprehensive Hearing Test

  • A comprehensive hearing evaluation is a full diagnostic assessment of your hearing health. It typically includes:

    • Otoscopy – A visual check of your ear canal and eardrum.

    • Pure-Tone Testing – Determines the softest sounds you can hear at different pitches.

    • Speech Testing – Measures how well you hear and understand speech at various volumes.

    • Bone Conduction Testing – Helps pinpoint where the hearing loss is occurring (outer, middle, or inner ear).

Tinnitus Evaluation

  • Struggling with ringing or buzzing in your ears? Our tinnitus evaluations include pitch and loudness matching to help recommend treatment options, along with in-depth counseling on possible causes of your tinnitus. Get the support you need to manage tinnitus and improve your quality of life.

    A comprehensive hearing test is recommended in conjunction if you haven’t had a hearing test within the past year.

New Device Consultation

  • In this personalized appointment, we’ll explore different types of hearing aids and assistive devices, discuss your lifestyle and hearing needs, and provide expert recommendations to help you find the best solution for better hearing.

New Device Fitting & Orientation

  • During this visit, your hearing aids will be precisely programmed to match your hearing needs. You'll also learn how to use, clean, and care for your devices, ensuring you're confident and comfortable with your new technology from day one.

  • $750.00 for one ear

    $1400.00 for two ears

    Additional device support and telehealth support sessions included at no charge for the first 30 days

Device Support

  • Meet with your hearing care provider for hands-on help with your devices. This visit can include adjustments, counseling, troubleshooting, or additional training to ensure your hearing aids are working well and meeting your daily needs.

  • $75.00 per 30-minute session

    Additional time after 30 minutes billed in 15 min increments at $25 per 15 min

Telehealth Support

  • Connect with your hearing care provider from the comfort of your home. This virtual appointment can include device adjustments, counseling, troubleshooting, or orientation to help you get the most out of your hearing aids, wherever you are.

  • $50.00 for up to 30 minutes

    Additional time after 30 minutes billed in 15 min increments at $25 per 15 min

    Asynchronous programming updates are offered at $20.00 per update

Real Ear Measurements

  • This advanced test ensures your hearing aids are delivering the right amount of amplification for your unique ear shape and hearing needs. Using a tiny microphone placed in your ear, we measure the sound levels inside your ear canal to fine-tune your devices for optimal performance.

  • $150.00 per ear

    Real Ear Measurements are included for no additional charge in the New Device Fitting & Orientation fee

Clean and Check

  • This service ensures your hearing aids are performing at their best. We’ll clean your devices, check for any signs of wear or damage, and perform a quick performance check to make sure they’re working properly and comfortably.

  • $15.00 per hearing aid

    Additional charges may apply if pieces are broken and out of warranty
